- Anything you can imagine can be drawn. Break it down shape-by-shape.

- Experiment with lettering – graffiti, bubble, script and more!
- With over 600 bazillion things in the world inspiration is everywhere!
- Care for your markers like you’d care for anything you love. Store them horizontally and with the cap on to keep that relationship alive and well.

I saw these on Amazon the other day and was like “O_O OHMYGOD I WANT!”
But I wish you had them in more colors instead of just the basics.
Plus, the price was a little hefty for just the original 8 colors.
Seriously though, they sound amazing. ;_;
And I love the name too.
Wow…I MUST have these! time to go get some white Converse!
I like the original Sharpies better…
Will these be available to purchase in single colors instead of the whole pack?
In a creative industry I can totally appreciate these!! I’m sure there are a lot of musicians who could create some great swag with these.
I can’t wait to try these out.

I love fabric and I really love markers
How do these markers differ from the regular sharpies? I don’t have much trouble with fading with the regular sharpies when washing the fabric (thinking here of denim)…
Kids love these
Cool I use sharpies for all my work
do you have FREE samples?
Please, more colors! Earth tones, especially. Great idea!
Hi! To answer your question, the new Stained by Sharpie fabric markers have a brush tip and are specially formulated for use on most fabrics so the ink resists fading during normal wash cycles. Regular Sharpie markers are also permanent on fabric but may not resist fading as well as the Stained fabric markers. I hope this helps, and remember to store Stained markers horizontally and with the cap on to keep them in tip top shape!
Currently, the line of markers is available in sets of 4, 5, and 8 – That said, who knows what the future holds for Stained by Sharpie markers, though?!
i bought a set of these and i prefer the original sharpie. for the reasons previously stated but also because they run dry very quickly.
Where are these available in Canada?

I second the motion for more colors! Eight is simply not enough for hardcore fabric artists. Earth tones, pastels, and neon/flurescent colors would be wonderful. Maybe a marker that allows blending between the colors. I work alot on silk and transparent/lightweight fabrics like chiffon amd organza.

I love these markers. The brush tip is great. As a professional cartoonist, and owner of several retail caricature concessions, I have to ask…. are you ever going to sell the black marker by itself? I’d love to use it instead of the Pitt Brush pen by Eberhard Faber. But it’s a bit costly to buy a whole set of these for just the black one.
I LOVE these markers. I used to work with fabric paints a lot for creative work, and these are a revelation. The fine point allows for great details, it dries quickly so you don’t have to worry about smearing too much. They hold up really well to washing. and I love that you can add layer to layer depending on how saturated you want your drawing to be. oh and to the poster asking for availability in Canada, they’re available at most art supply stores!
Absolutely LOVE these!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was hoping Sharpie would come out with a brush-tip marker. These things seriously rock!
@Sharpie, we need a couple grays and a brown colored brush-tip, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!
Do Sharpie Stained markers work well on silk like haboti or crepe?
I’m LOVING these so far… but can I trust them on the rubber of my converse? I want to know for sure before I try it…
Hi Cheyenne-
The fabric markers are perfect for the cloth/ fabric part of your Converse shoes but I would recommend trying the oil based paint markers ( http://www.sharpie.com/enUS/Pages/oil-based-paint-marker.aspx), the original Sharpie markers or our NEW Brush tip markers (http://www.sharpie.com/enUS/Pages/brush-tip-marker.aspx) for that extra dash of uncapped creativity!
I am looking for a fabric marker to use on a couch that won’t smear or rub off. Think these would do the trick?
