TEEN VOGUE “It Girls” Start with Sharpie

Get ready to wage war with the green-eyed-monster (using a green Sharpie, of course).  It’s the Sharpie TEEN VOGUE “It Girls Night In” event!

Our favorite teen fashion-centric magazine chose 10 fashion savvy young women from it’s online “It Girl” panel to host the ultimate girls-night-in for themselves and five of their closest friends.

Sharpie provided the goodies, including a Sharpie product lineup some could only dream of — all so they could show the world what they were starting with Sharpie.

Threadless Loves Sharpie Winner

There are many things we feel nostalgic toward when thinking of the 1980′s. Some miss the hot pink makeup and intoxicating fumes of Aqua Net, others long for the sweet serenade of a young Lionel Richie. While you could go on waiting for Doc’s time machine to work, there’s no need because Threadless & Sharpie are here to fill that big neon void in your heart.

In February, Threadless and Sharpie held a design contest challenging you to design a t-shirt inspired by Sharpie’s new 80′s Glam Limited Edition colors. After reviewing hundreds of designs, we’ve chosen a winner!

Holiday Office Party WINNERS

Today, I am happy to announce the winners of the Sharpie Holiday Office Party! Sharpie challenged you to bring the holiday joy into your work place using Sharpie products. Entrants were to brighten up their desks with reds, greens and golds, to rally co-workers to seek out areas of their office in need of a POP of color, to turn their place of employment into a winter wonderland – a place that would sure knock jolly ol’ Saint Nick’s socks off! We were looking for something BIG, something BRIGHT, something COLORFUL!

Let’s review the prizes, shall we…

Grand Prize: One grand prize winning business will recEIve a $1,000 Visa gift card to be used for an internal office party and $200 in Sharpie products. In addition the person who submitted the winning photo on behalf of their business will receive a $100 Via gift card.

First Prize: Five (5) first prize winning businesses will each receive $200 in Sharpie products.

And the winners are….

A panel of expert Sharpie elves got together to review sleigh-fuls of entries. After eating one too many cookies and drinking hot coco till we sweat, a decision was made!

Congratulations to our GRAND PRIZE WINNER, Jacquie Wiggins of Advanced Bionics in Santa Clarita, CA! Donning her office with holiday flair and Sharpie accents, Jackie went the extra mile spreading the spirit of the season in creative ways such as Sharpie wreaths, Sharpie snowmen, decorated trees and one loooooooong letter to Santa.  Here are a few close up pics:

Pop your collar in celebration of Sharpie’s new 80′s Glam Limited Edition Collection. Inspired by the most awesome era, Sharpie has created a collection to turn back time with 5 news colors – Argyle Green, Leg Warmer Orange, Jellie Pink, Banana Clip Yellow and Valley Girl Violet.

To celebrate the launch of Sharpie’s new 80′s Glam Collection we’ve teamed up with Threadless for a t-shirt design challenge. The challenge is to create an 80′s themed t-shirt design using the new limited edition collection colors -PANTONE colors provided.

Get inspired by Sharpie’s new 80′s Glam Collection to design a t-shirt with an 80′s theme. Your design can be created using digital and/or analog means, so grab your Sharpie markers and start sketching out your t-shirt designs or power up your computer to get creative. You are free to design anything relating to the challenge, as long as it adheres to the submission guidelines, found on the Submit Your Design page on Threadless’ website.

Win a Sharpie Holiday Office Party!

 We all decorate our homes for the holidays, but what about that place where so many of us spend so much time - the office! We tend to keep the work place pretty plain, when in reality it is a great space to express the most wonderful time of the year! 

This season, Sharpie challenges you to bring that holiday joy into your work place for the chance to win a $1000 office party and an assortment of Sharpie products!  

December 2, 2010 through January 15, 2011 email a photo that clearly shows how you and your co-workers have brightened up your office for the holidays using Sharpie products along with a completed entry form (found below) to SharpieHoliday@gmail.com. The entries will be judged by a panel of Sharpie reps. at the Sharpie headquarters based evenly on three (3) criteria: Originality/Creativity, Holiday Spirit, and Quality. On February 1, 2011 we will announce the winners.

Prizes

HELLOs From The Crypt

Halloween is creeping around the corner & like us, the folks at The Hello Project are itching to have some fun!

In case you missed out last month, we are back to do another fun contest with The Hello Project, giving you the opportunity to UNCAP your inner goblin & doodle something scary! 

And so, without further adieu, I give you this month’s contest…

HOW IT WORKS:

Submit a scary moment with a hello twist by October 31, 2010 and win Sharpie Twin Tip Permanent Markers, Sharpie Magnum Permanent Markers, and other cool Sharpie prizes!
